| 摘 要： | 全球化所带来的国家安全疆域的非地域化、模糊化、扩大化和网络化，使国家安全基本内涵和存在的客观基础发生了深刻的变革，文化边疆逐步凸显出来，成为国家安全新的着眼点。同传统地理边疆相比，文化边疆具有自身的内涵和特点。全球化时代中国国家文化边疆安全的维护，必须在确立文化边疆观的基础上，通过构建具有中国因素的国际认同文化，构筑科学的国家文化安全管理机制，实施国家文化产业战略，以维护国家文化边疆安全。

| Abstract: | The non-regionalization,vagueness,enlargement and interconnection of the frontier area of national safety caused by globalization has led to a profound revolution in the basic content and objective existing foundation of national safety.As a result,cultural frontier appears gradually and becomes the new focus of national safety.Compared with the traditional geographical frontier,cultural frontier has its own connotation and characteristics.The maintenance of China's national cultural frontier safety in the period of globalization must be based on the establishment of cultural frontier idea,then carry out national cultural industry strategy to maintain national cultural frontier safety by constructing internationally approved culture with Chinese element and building scientific system of national cultural safety management. |
