| 摘 要： | 对博库公司、超星公司、书生公司、方正公司等国内曾经和现在有较大影响的几个主要中文图书数据库的版权建设情况进行了比较研究，指出了各自的特点及其意义。同时提出了新的版权建设模式：版税制原则、版权置换原则、出版商一次解决、集体管理。

| Abstract: | Comparison and analysis on the copyright construction of several database for Chinese books that had been or are being of great influence in domestic, namely Boku Company?Chaoxing Company ?Shusheng Company and Founder Company was carried out in this paper. The characteristics and significance of each database were figured out. Four new models for copyright construction was put forward: principle of book tax, principle of copyright permutation, publisher solution at-a-whack, and collective management. |
