摘    要:中国加入WTO后,企业面临国际商业道德标准的压力,企业道德问题日渐突现,企业道德优势与可持续竞争优势的关系也随之成为企业界和学术界共同关注的问题。企业道德优势是可持续竞争优势的重要来源。企业道德优势的构建应在实施道德管理模式的基础上,重视以下战略环节:树立战略远见,创造更高的利益相关者满意度;建立有效的企业道德管理机制,构筑快速行动的能力;在明确战略定位的基础上,实施一系列的战略行动,将快速行动的能力转化为现实的企业道德优势。

Abstract:With China enlisted under WTO, the relationship of the advantage of business ethics and competition advantage is concerned both in practice and on theory. In this paper, we argue that as far as the building of the advantage of business ethics is concerned, business must put the mode of ethical management and the following procedure into practice. First, set up the version of creating better satisfaction of stakeholders. Second, establish a set of effective mechanism on business ethical management and construct the ability of fast moving. Third, carry out a series of strategy actions that directed to strategy position to building the advantage of business ethics.
