| 摘 要： | 伴随着马克思主义中国化的过程，马克思主义法律思想在指导当代中国法学理论建设和法治实践的过程中，也实现了中国化。马克思主义法律思想在同当代中国法学理论建设和法治实践相结合的过程中，经历了三个发展阶段。文章对每个阶段法律思想产生的背景及其内容、特征、对马克思主义法律思想的理论贡献等进行分析、概括和阐释。在此基础上，阐述当代中国化的马克思主义法律思想对建设具有中国特色社会主义法治国家的意义。

| Abstract: | The application of Marxist legal thought to the law construction and legal role practice in contemporary China has experienced three stages of development. This paper analyses, summarizes and expounds the above - mentioned three phases in which Chination of Marxist legal thought emerged and developed, as well as the background of its formation, its content and features at each stage, and theoretical contributions of Marxist legal thought. Following this discussion, the paper dwells on the significance of current Chination of Marxist legal thought for the construction of socialist China governed by law with Chinese characteristics. |
