细胞融合技术研究进展

摘    要:细胞融合技术作为细胞工程的一项核心基础技术已在农业、医药、环保等领域得到了迅速发展和应用.综述细胞融合技术中的常用方法:仙台病毒(H VJ)诱导法、聚乙二醇(PEG)化学诱导法、电融合诱导法、激光诱导法及此技术的最新研究进展:空间细胞融合技术、离子束细胞融合技术、非对称细胞融合技术等,并对它们的优缺点进行讨论.

Abstract:Rapid development and broad application of cell fusion technology in many fields,such as agriculture,medicine,and environmental protection,promoted it to be one of the core technologies in cellular engineering.The common methods of cell fusion,such as HVJ virus cell fusion,chemical fusion with PEG,electro-fusion and cell laser-fusion,and some updated progress on cell fusion technique,such as cell space-fusion,ion beam cell fusion and asymmetric cell fusion,are summarized in this paper.Moreover,merits and demerits of these technologies were discussed.
