持续性静力牵张法改善运动员肌肉力量和技术质量的研究

摘    要:为了探讨散打运动员有效的拉伸练习方法,通过对20名散打运动员进行拉伸练习的比较实验研究,分析散打运动员进行持续性静力牵张后,其对肌肉力量和技术质量的影响,受试着在进行热身活动时,分别作持续性静力牵张和热身操热身.并测试相关指标.结果表明持续性静力牵张练习能更有效改善散打运动员的肌肉力量和技术质量.

Abstract:In order to explore effective stretching exercises for Sanda players,this study conducted a comparative experiment research on the persistence static draught and stretching among 20 Sanda players.The athletes were asked to conduct two different kinds of exercises(treadmill running and persistence static draught and stretching) during the warming up exercises and we tested the relative indexes.The results of this study indicated that persistence static draught and stretching was more effective for improving the Sanda players' muscle force and technique quality.
