| 摘 要： | 本文从民族民间文学艺术作品的概念和特征出发．论述了我国民族民间文学艺术作品著作权保护的必要性，接着分析了我国对其进行著作权保护的现状．最后提出了对其进行著作权保护的立法建议。

| Abstract: | Folklore of minority is the important protecting object of copyright law and the important part of legacy of our minority culture. To protect it from legislation is becoming not only a need but also a trend. In this essay , beginning with the introduction of the definition and feature of folklore, the writer talks about the special meaning of copyright protection and the necessity of copyright protection. Then the writer analyzes the present state of our copyright protection . In the end the writer putts forward legislation suggestions of copyright protection. |
