| 摘 要： | 分析某医学院2007年——2009年医疗保险专业毕业生基本就业信息数据,发现近几年毕业生就业方向有较大变化。对该校医疗保险专业培养目标和课程设置与就业情况进行关联性分析,了解到课程设置并没有很好为就业服务;提出课程学时数安排不当和可选课程有限问题;建议改善课程设置及学时安排,开设更多有利就业的选修课程,满足多元化就业需求。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of 2007--2009 graduates employment information basic data of medical insurance, it is found that employment orientation in recent years has been great changed. On the medical insurance professional training goal and course setting and employment correlation analysis, it was found that the curriculum is not properly arranged for employment service, proposed period of improper arrangement and optional courses. Suggestions have been put forward to improve the curriculum and schedules , offering more favorable elective courses to meet the demand of diversification of employment. |
