| 摘 要： | 随着通讯行业重组的实施,通讯市场上出现了三家强而有力的运营商,形成三国鼎立的格局。同时,随着新格局的产生,通讯行业也必然迎来更激烈的全方位市场竞争,并且由于重组后,运营商从单一的业务平台向综合平台过渡。在当前公司业务品种、规模和数据量的不断扩大的情况下,构建一个经营支撑系统使其能根据企业发展业务的实际需求,为该企业在以客户为中心的多业务内进行信息交换、资源共享、业务综合、决策分析提供根本性的保障,帮助企业及时制定并实现灵活多变的营销策略,降低经营成本,提高用户服务水平,从而不断提高既得经济利益。

| Abstract: | With the Communications industry reorganization＇s implementing, there are three powerful Corporations present in the communication market. At the same time, along with the new pattern＇s production, the communication Corporations are also inevitably involved in the more intensive and Comprehensive market competitions. After the reorganization, the Business range＇s transition is from single platform to Comprehensive platform. Under the condition of the continuously expanding status of the business species, scale and data quantitative, according to the developing practical demand, building the management underpins system is to provide the basic guarantee of the information exchange, resource shares, comprehensive traffic, decision analysis and to lower handling cost, raise servings level, sequentially enhance economical benefit. |
