摘    要:创新文化是组织成员对组织创新价值观念、创新制度体系、创新行为准则以及创新环境的一致性认知。运用多层次组织行为问卷对创新文化多维结构特征的概念构思进行了实证测度,并检验了创新文化与组织绩效的关系机制,研究指出创新文化对组织绩效具有显著的积极效应。
