| 摘 要： | 湖北省黄石市不仅经济发展迅速，而且具有悠久的历史、灿烂的文化以及丰富的旅游资源，还显示了较高的体育发展水平，具备建设“环磁湖体育圈”的基本条件。在此基础上，本文对“环磁湖体育圈”构建所需的基础条件，发展的战略构想以及相应的对策提出了一些初步的见解，并认为黄石市应抓住机遇，大胆构想，建设一个现代化的“环磁湖体育圈”。

| Abstract: | Huangshi is not only developing rapidly in the economy, but also have a long history, splendid culture and rich tourism resources. In addition, there is a higher developing level in sports and hence meeting the basic conditions to build it into a ＂Round Ci Lake sports zone＂. This paper thereby puts forward some preliminary suggestions about the required basic conditions that construct Huangshi＂ Round Ci Lake sports zone＂, the strategic concept of developing it and the corresponding countermeasure and get the good opportunity and build a modernized ＂Round Ci Lake sports zone＂. |
