| 摘 要： | 在政府部门广泛开展知识管理是实现政府决策科学化、提高行政效能的重要基础。文章从政府知识特点分析入手,研究了政府开展知识管理的目标和任务、难点和重点问题,对国家层面政府知识管理体系的关键环节构成及影响因素进行剖析,提出构建国家政府知识管理体系的相关措施及建议。
