| 摘 要： | 为解读高校图书馆核心竞争优势,文章围绕高校图书馆经费、核心技术、人员结构等基本状况,针对高校图书馆信息服务、资源建设、文化管理及其核心竞争力建设等调查结果进行了分析,从图书馆联盟管理体制下的资源共享、人力资源管理、核心技术建设等方面提出建设性意见。
