| 摘 要： | 综述已有的研究显示：运动性胃肠综合征的发病范围广，频率高，已经成为影响运动员正常训练和比赛的一个较为突出的问题．本文从胃肠的化学屏障，免疫学屏障和生物学屏障上对其进行全面的研究，结合中国传统中医药理论，从多个方面了解运动性胃肠综合征发生的原因、影响因素及其可能的机制，为早日认清和治疗运动性胃肠综合征奠定一定的理论基础．

| Abstract: | The previous research shows that： movement induced of gastrointestinal syndrome is broad and frequency and have become the nortnal training and competition issue of athletes. From the chemical barrier gastrointestinal immunological and biological barriers to conduct a comprehensive study of traditional Chinese medicine theory, from many aspects of reason on the movement in the gastrointestinal syndrome, and its impact factors and possible mechanisms for the early movement of a clear understanding of gastrointestinal to lay the theoretical foundation. |
