| 摘 要： | 欠发达城市与发达城市在经济发展上的差距主要源于企业素质上的差距。推动企业科学发展，着力形成大中小企业紧密衔接的分工协作体系和若干个具有核心竞争力的特色企业群．切实提高企业素质，对促进欠发达城市经济科学发展具有重大意义。

| Abstract: | The gap between the developed and under developed cities results from the gap of the companies' quality.It may mean a lot for the scientific development of the underdeveloped cities' companies if we try to propel the companies' scientific development,We must focus on establishing a compact specialization and coordination system among the big,middle and small companies and some characteristic enterprises clusters with core competition force so as to develop the quality of the companies. |
