| 摘 要： | 本文基于麦可思对全国2011届大学毕业生半年后就业状况的调查数据,从就业状态、就业质量、工作能力、核心知识、社团活动和价值观等方面全面分析了我国工程类大学毕业生的就业现状。总体来讲,2011届工程类大学生的毕业半年后就业率、月收入均比2010届有一定程度的上升,整体就业水平与去年基本持平,并且高于全国平均水平。

| Abstract: | On the basis of MyCOS′survey data on the employment situation of the 2011university graduates half a year after graduation,this paper analyses the current situation of the employment of engineering university graduates in China from the perspective of employment status,employment quality,productive capability,core knowledge,club activities and values,etc.Generally,compared with the last year,the employment rate and monthly income of the 2011engineering university graduates enjoy a certain degree of rising.The whole employment level is the same as the last year and higher than national average. |
