基于技术链的分层累加教学法在游泳教学中的实验研究

摘    要:为了探讨和创新游泳技术教学理论与方法,有效提高游泳技术科的教学效果,笔者创新设计了分层累加教学法,并选取了北京体育大学84名本科生进行分组实验教学。采用了实验法、数理统计等方法进行研究。结果表明,在游泳技术教学中,分层累加教学法比传统教学法能更有效地促进学生游泳技术的掌握。

Abstract:In order to improve and further innovate the teaching method and theory of swimming techniques,the experiment was set in motion,in which 84 college students majoring in physical education in Beijing Sport University are divided into certain experimental groups.Data and statistics are then collected and then subject to analysis.Result shows that stratified cumulative teaching mthod is able to help students understand better the technical structure of swimming in comparison to traditional teaching method.
