摘    要:在十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)胶束体系中,通过检测AgNO3沉淀I-生成稳定的AgI胶体所产生的共振光散射(RLS)增强信号,从而建立了I-的灵敏分析法。RLS光谱在437nm处,具有特征散射峰,且增强的共振光散射强度(△IRLS)与I-溶液的浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系,其检出限为2.6ng/mL。本实验中研究了AgNO3溶液浓度、SDBS溶液浓度以及共存物质对RLS强度的影响。此方法用于合成样的测定。其回收率在99.3%~106.7%之间,RSD小于2.8%。

Abstract:In the sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) micellar system, a sensitive method for the determination of I-was established based on detecting the enhanced resonance light scattering (RLS) signals produced by steady AgI colloid resulting from the interaction of AgN03 with I^-. RLS spectrum is characterized by a scattering peak at 437 nm. The enhanced RLS intensities(Aims) were in linear proportion to the concentrations of I- in a certain range and the determination limit for I- is 2.6 ng/mL. The effects of the concentration of AgNO3, the concentration of SDBS and foreign substances on the determination of I-were investigated. The method was used for the determination of trace amount iodine in synthetic samples, with the recovery being 99.3%-106.7% and a RSD less than 2.8%.
