| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪,混业经营成为全球金融业的发展趋势。中国受全球经济一体化的影响,特别是面对加入WTO的挑战,必须实现规模经营,提高国际竞争力。混业经营无疑是我国金融业发展的有益尝试。现阶段在金融监管体制不健全,相关法律不完善的情况下,金融控股公司是处于过渡阶段的中国金融业应该采取的理想模式。本文将对金融控股公司的监管问题及实现对策进行重点分析。

| Abstract: | In the 21st century, mixed operation has become a tendency in the global financial circles. Affected by the global economic integration, especially the challenge of joining WTO, China must realize the appropriate scale of operation to improve its international competitiveness. Mixed operation is undoubtedly a good try in the development of financial circles of our country. Because of the imperfect financial regulation and law systems at the present stage, the financial holding company is the ideal mode that the financial circles of China can adopt at the transition stage. The supervision problem and countermeasures for the financial holding company will be analyzed emphatically in this paper. |
