Abstract:In this paper,the bifurcation solution of stationary multijunction devicemodel is analyzed.The slow variable is introduced for the first time as an importantperanieter which gives the conditions such that the bifurcation solution for pnpn struc-ture medel occurs.The existence of multiple steady-state solutions of this model isproved,and a necessary condition for a pnpn device wurked as a thyristor is ob-tained.
