| 摘 要： | 结合我国社会发展与体育事业的需求,在分析人力资源内涵与外延的基础上,阐述了体育人才的概念.将我国体育人才资源的特点归纳为：时效性,连续性,无形性与有形性,增值性,稀缺性,整体性和专门性.就社会对体育人力资源的需求作了相关分析.
