| 摘 要： | 作为公益性文化机构之一,公共图书馆在改善弱势群体文化生态中具有不可替代的优势和职责。禅城区联合图书馆为外来工群体服务的探索与实践包括:以有针对性的文献信息资源建设,倡导学习、阅读;以图书馆服务为纽带,开展丰富多彩的文体活动,提供自我展示与提升的文化平台;开设专题培训与自助培训,成为外来务工人员的文化交流中心和自助培训基地;激发外来务工人员参与意识,发挥其主动性和积极性。

| Abstract: | As one of the nonprofit cultural institutions,public libraries possess unique advantages and take irreplaceable responsibilities in improving the cultural ecology of disadvantaged groups. The services of The United Library of Chancheng District for migrant workers include promoting learning and reading with targeted literature information resources construction,taking library services as the link to carry out colorful cultural and sports activities and to provide the cultural platform for self-display and enhancement;creating special training and self-help training to be cultural and exchanges centre and self-help training base for migrant workers;stimulating the awareness of participation of migrant workers to play their initiative and enthusiasm. |
