| 摘 要： | 在强调高职院校实训基地重要性的基础上，提出了高职实训基地的建设思路及管理方式。认为实训基地的建设不能采用单一模式，而应拓宽思路，依靠社会、企业、学校各方合作，互惠互利建设实训基地；认为在管理中要形成以实训中心为核心的基地管理模式，并加强“双师型”实训教师队伍建设、实训教学教材建设。

| Abstract: | On the basis of stressing on the importance of training program based on higher vocational schools, the author thinks of construction and way of management. There is not only one way in constructing direct training base, but also the society cooperating together with school should widen their thinking and build it in their favor. During managing we should form a basic management mode that the center of direct training is a core ,and we should stress on the construction of training teachers who have experience in engineering or business fields and the construction of training materials. |
