微波辅助黄精总黄酮提取工艺研究

摘    要:为探明黄精总黄酮类物质的提取工艺,为其进一步的研究和利用提供依据,以云南黄精为原料、乙醇为提取剂,采用单因素实验和正交实验相结合,研究了料液比、乙醇浓度、微波加热时间及微波加热功率等工艺参数对总黄酮得率的影响。结果表明:黄精总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为料液比为1:70g/m L,乙醇浓度为:60%,提取时间80s,微波功率为:350W,在此条件下,黄精中黄酮类化合物的含量达到0.92%。

Abstract:The technology of extraction of the total flavonoids fromPolygonatum Sibiricumby was studied to provide a reference for it's further study and utilization, taking the root of Polygonatum Sibirieumby as material, and alcohol as extractant, the effect of solid-liquid ratio, ethanol concentration, extracting time and microwave power on the extracttion of the total flavonoids from the root of Jasminum duclouxii was investigated orthogonal design test of L9(34),the result showed using the methods of single factor test and that highest extraction rate(0.92%)of the total flavonoids in Polygonatum Sibiricumbycould be obtain under conditions of solid-liquid ratio1: 70g/mL 60% ethanol, extracting time 80s,microwave power 350W.
