| 摘 要： | 在移动互联网时代,酒店APP成为酒店行业与软件开发商共同关注的一个焦点。以经济型连锁酒店为例,在阐述我国经济型连锁酒店及APP应用现状的基础上,提出了经济型连锁酒店在APP开发与应用方面存在"对APP开发的重视程度不够、APP功能单一,缺乏创新、APP的客户使用量小、酒店对APP的应用过于局限"等问题,并在最后提出了针对性的应对策略。

| Abstract: | In the mobile Internet era, the hotel APP has become the focus of common concern of both hotel industry and software developers. This paper takes economy chain hotels as example, describes the present situation of their APP application, and finds out a few problems, specifically, insufficient emphasis on APP development, singleness of function, lack of innovation, limited customer group and usage range, then it provides measures of improvement. |
