| Abstract: | The workpiece surface image is totally described by using the multifractal spectrum,which is obtained by the way of the partition function,and the detailed algorithm is described as well.First,derivative of the multifractal spectrum and the singularity exponent is calculated,and then the value scope of the weight factor is determined. |
