| 摘 要： | 随着五天工作制和三个长假日在我国的实施，人们生活中自由支配的时间延长，休闲已成为人类生活的重要组成部分，因此，实施休闲教育是目前教育系统的一项迫切任务，我们需要对学校休闲教育论与实践进行探索与研究。
