| 摘 要： | 随着唐山工业化、城镇化进程的加快,农民工已成为新唐山建设不可缺少的重要群体和建设力量。一直以来,唐山市高度重视农民工工资问题,但仍存在着一些不容忽视的问题。文章在深入分析唐山农民工工资问题成因的基础上,结合全球金融危机背景下农民工工资问题呈现出的新特点,提出了唐山市解决农民工工资问题的具体意见。

| Abstract: | With the acceleration of Tangshan industrialization and urbanization, migrant workers have become an indispensable and a major group in building new Tangshan. Tangshan City has attached great emphasis on wages for migrant workers, but there are still some problems to be solved. The paper, after a detailed analysis of the causes of migrant workers＇ wages, proposes some countermeasures to solve the problem in view of the new features of migrant workers＇ wages under the context of the global financial crisis. |
