| 摘 要： | 为了提高乒乓球教学的效果,帮助教师和学生寻找一条科学的教学原则,笔者在参考大量乒乓球教学、训练书籍、文献的前提下,总结他人和自己教学中的经验体会,提出了乒乓球选修课教学原则的优化组合,对提高教学质量作了有益的探索。
