| 摘 要： | 民营企业的快速发展,使中国的经济充满了生机与活力。由于民营企业产生的历史背景和现实环境因素的影响,中国的民营企业迫切需要管理升级,对员工实施科学化管理,体现“以人为本”的管理理念,通过建立现代企业制度和新型企业文化形象的塑造,培养新型的劳资关系,强化企业的社会责任,为民营企业的健康有序发展增强后劲,从而实现民营企业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of the private enterprise makes China's economy more vigorous. Influnced on the historic background and the present enviroment of factors, China's private enterprises are eager to improve their management and give a scientific management for the employees and embody the management notion of "human based." Through establishuig the comtemporary enterprise system and building the cultura image of the new type of relation of labour and capital; We can enhance the social responsibility of them. And lay a good foundatiom for its healthy and orderly development consequently, It causes the sustaining development of the private enterprise. |
