| 摘 要： | 近年来中小学教师的继续教育逐渐呈现"需求多样性"的发展趋势,为了完善符合新时期教育发展环境教师继续教育体制建设,本文通过借鉴当代发达国家较为完善的继续教育体制,对我国中小学教师继续教育体制建设在制度规范化、思想观念更新化和培训体系完善化等方面提出了相应的对策与建议。
