| 摘 要： | 网络信息技术的迅速发展，为构建网上图情联合编审系统提供了硬件基础，文章分析了基于网络平台的联合编审系统建设的可行性与优势所在，提出了系统构建的原则和功能流程，并指出了系统构建中可能产生的问题。
