| 摘 要： | 甘肃省高等教育目前已经进入大众化发展阶段,但距离普及化高等教育阶段还有较大差距;高等教育呈现多样化发展格局,但办学体制和质量标准比较单一;信息化水平较低;高等教育特而不优、特而不名的现象十分突出;终身化高等教育体系初步形成但规模较小;高等教育国际化趋势加强,但开放程度较低;民主化改革尚需继续完善;服务社会的能力有待提高。在未来10年,甘肃省高等教育应持续扩大规模,促进普及化、办学体制和质量标准多样化;提升信息化水平;促进高校特色化发展;完善终身化体系,提高开放程度与国际化水平;推进民主化改革,促进科学发展;扩大继续高等教育规模;提高服务社会的水平和质量。

| Abstract: | At present,Gansu province has already entered mass higher education,but it still has a great gap from the phase of popularization in higher education;higher education presents diverse development patterns,but running system and quality standard is rather simple;level of informatization is very low;the internationalized trend of higher education is strengthened,but the open degree is very low;democratic reform still need to be further improved;ability of serving society is still to be enhanced.In the future ten years,Gansu province should continuously expand the scale of higher education,promote the popularization,and diversification of running system and quality standard;advance level of informatization;motivate the characteristic development of universities and colleges;perfect lifelong learning system,improve the open degree and internationalized level;stimulate the democratic reform,promote scientific development;expand the scale of continuing higher education;raise the level and quality of serving society. |
