试论自主招生联盟的本质意蕴

摘    要:自主招生联盟是我国考试招生制度改革的有益探索,也是现阶段自主招生规模扩大的内在要求,它在本质上是学校和学生之间的双向选择。目前,我国高校自主招生联盟的制度设计却存在诸多限制学生选择的失当规定,如联考和面试成绩难以共享互认、联考和面试时间过于集中等。为了使自主招生联盟运作步入科学化、规范化的道路,应该强化自主招生联盟的必然因素,实现联考和面试成绩的共享互认,尽量分散时间和多设考点,取消有关优惠录取政策的不合理限制,进行科学的制度设计,推进考试的社会化和联盟高校的培养机制改革。

Abstract:Autonomous enrollment alliance is a beneficial exploration to the reform on China’s exam enrollment system,and also is the internal requirement for enlarging the current autonomous enrollment scale.Basically,it is a two-way selection between universities and students.At present,China’s autonomous enrollment alliance has some limits of system design,which leads to students’ choice of misconduct,such as joint exam and interview result cannot share mutual recognition,and the time of them is too centralized,etc.In order to make autonomous enrollment alliance step into a scientific and standardized level,we should highlight the inevitable factors of it,realize the mutual recognition of joint exam and interview result,distribute time and set more exam sites,cancel the unreasonable limits relevant to preferential enrollment policy,scientifically design the system,promote the socialization of exam and the reform on training mechanism of university alliance.
