| 摘 要： | 工科应用型本科院校的办学特点使得其院校文化有对接企业文化的内在需求,而且两种文化的对接已存在一定的现实基础。因此,文章从4个方面探讨了两种文化的对接,以构建新型的工科应用型本科院校的文化：体现企业价值观的精神文化构建、体现质量与市场特征的制度文化构建、体现创新与竞争合作特点的行为文化构建、体现企业环境特征的物质文化构建。

| Abstract: | Engineering applied undergraduate colleges have the internal need of the docking of university culture and corporate culture because of the running characteristic,and the docking of them has certain basis in reality.Therefore,we consider the docking of them from four aspects to construct new culture for engineering applied undergraduate colleges:the construction of spirit culture reflecting corporate value,system culture reflecting the characteristic of quality and market,behavior culture reflecting characteristic of innovation and competition and cooperation,and material culture reflecting characteristic of corporate environment. |
