| 摘 要： | 校企联合培养电子信息类创新人才是指由企业全面参与学生的培养，从而使学生达到进企业直接上岗的就业要求。此目标可通过企业参与指导创新人才定位、培养方案制定、实验和实践教学、就业指导等活动来实现。实践证明，电子信息类创新人才校企联合培养新模式的实施，可以带来高校、企业、学生三方共赢的效果。

| Abstract: | Training innovative talents in electronic information by university-enterprise cooperation means the enterprises participate in training talents,it will enable students to achieve the employment requirements of directly working in enterprises.For this purpose,enterprises participate in guiding the localization of innovative talents,formulating the training program,experimental and practical teaching,employment guidance,etc.Practice shows that the implementation of the new model of training innovative talents in electronic information by university-enterprise cooperation can bring mutual benefit among universities,enterprises,and students. |
