| 摘 要： | 武术动作大部分以套路出现，动作的变换和路线方位的变换较多，初学时难度较大，因而对教法的运用便提出更高的要求。实践证明录像教学效果明显好于传统教学方法。就武术教学中摄制录像教学的内容选择、稿本编写及教学过程中的运用问题进行阐述。
