| 摘 要： | 当前,国外创业资本通过种种途径参与中国创业投资已成为一种趋势,但人们对其发展状况却很少进行系统研究。本文在概述了我国创业投资现状的基础上,剖析了外资进入我国创业投资领域的主要模式及其动因,指出了外资介入我国创业投资的优势和劣势,提出了解决相关问题的几点建议。
