| 摘 要： | 信息资源保障体系对西部落后地区的发展有着重要意义，分析西部落后地区信息资源保障体系建设的现状及其背后的原因，探讨完善西部落后地区信息资源保障体系建设的具体对策，建立一个完善的信息资源保障体系，以期能促进落后地区的信息化建设与全面可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The security system of the information resources is significant for the development of the backward areas in the west. This paper analyses the current construction situation of information resources security system of the western backward areas and the reasons that caused the situation, explores countermeasures to improve the construction of the system, and sets up a perfect information resources security system to promote information construction and overall sustainable development of the backward areas. |
