摘    要:高考由单纯为高校招生的活动变成万众注目的社会性活动的原因,有教育内部和外部两方面的因素。其中,"为国家选拔人才"的定位,强化了高考的功利化特色,汇聚了公众"趋利"的本性,使其成为千军万马拥挤的"独木桥"。而社会公共领域中的公平机制缺乏,则使高考成为社会公平的"消防队",承担了自己无力也无须承担的社会公平责任。而为追求社会公平所逻辑性地采用的"统一性"模式,使高考的功能扭曲,性质异化,成为教育进步的障碍。让高考回归教育本性和实现教育公平,才是高考改革的理性目标。

Steer the Entrance Examination Away from the Wrong Field of Social Fairness

Abstract:There are internal and external reasons to change the entrance examination from simply the enrolment of the universities and colleges into a social activity causing so much of the public eye. Among the reasons, the saying as the selection of the nation’s elites enforced its process to utility and encouraged the human nature of utilitarian to cause the phenomenon of getting through the narrow gate. That’s just because there is the lack of social fairness and the entrance examination takes up the obligation that it should not and also could not commit. And in doing so it twists its function and goal and becomes an obstacle in the way of the education progress. It is the rational aim for entrance examination to be back to its education course and to realize the educational fairness.
