| 摘 要： | 本文利用2001-2011年中国制造业省级面板数据,研究中国制造业科技创新能力的驱动因素。结果表明,创新经费投入对创新能力的提升起着至关重要的作用;我国创新人员投入虽然数量众多,但抑制了制造业科技创新;外商直接投资阻碍了专利申请量的提升,但促进了制造业新产品产值的增加;产权结构对制造业科技创新有着显著影响,非公有制企业在创新上有更高的积极性;政府支持促进了制造业科技创新;企业盈利能力提升了制造业科技创新能力。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the factors affecting Chinese manufacturing's technological innovation capability with panel data during 2001-2011. The results show that innovation funding input plays a vital role in improving the innovation capability, but the effect of labor input is opponent. Foreign direct investment hinders increase in patent applications, but stimulates increase in value of new products. Ownership structure has a significant impact on technology innovation. Non-public enterprises have a stronger will to improve innovation ability. Government supporting promotes the innovation ability, and profitability also enhances the innovation ability. |
