| 摘 要： | 我国传统武术正在面临着后继乏人、被歪曲、被滥用、被抢注商标等困境，为其提供法律保护十分迫切。从新视角去探讨我国传统武术保护问题，在对我国传统武术保护的必要性、保护的现状等分析的基础上，从保护非物质文化遗产的大视角构建保护方案，以达到保护传统武术并促进其持续发展的目的。
