| 摘 要： | 心率是反映人体代谢率非常灵敏的生理指标之一,它以其无创性、实用性、易测性等优点在监控运动强度,促进运动伤病的恢复进程,保证训练效果以及预防过度训练中充当着非常重要的角色。通过对2008年北京奥运会期前夕中、荷热身赛中国家男子曲棍球运动员比赛心率进行监测,探讨用心率监控曲棍球比赛中的运动强度,为揭示曲棍球运动项目特点和运动员进行科学系统的训练提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Heart rate is a very sensitive physiological parameter to reflect the metabolicrate,and plays an important role in scientific training.Coach can make use of the real-time heart rate to monitor not only the athletic training,but also the recovery of physical ability and injure.By monitoring the heart rate of the Chinese national men＇s hockey players.By monitoring the heart rate of Chinese Hockey male Players in Warming up competition with Holland,we analyzed the feature of Hockey,and provided theory for the training. |
