| 摘 要： | 通过专家咨询、实地考察、文献资料等研究方法,以开设拓展训练课程的北京高校为例,探析高校拓展训练课程培训方式及师资配备方面的特点。通过调查、分析得出：北京高校开展拓展培训主要有五种方式,这五种培训方式各有利弊;北京高校拓展训练教师主要包括三种来源：引入专业培训人才、对高校体育教师进行岗位培训、聘请拓展培训公司教练。

| Abstract: | Based on documents,investigating on-the-spot and consulting the experts,take universities of Beijing carrying out the project of Outward Bound,research on the features of training modes and teachers deploy. Through survey and analysis,the results showed that： there＇re five training modes that be chosen by universities in Beijing and all these five modes have two sides;the Outward Bound teachers spring from there kinds： to introduce specialists,to train common P.E teachers,and to employ coaches from Outward Bound training companies. |
