| 摘 要： | 2003年和2008年,两届篮球管理中心核心成员的观念冲突,引起了众多专家学者对于CBA联赛在＂职业体制＂与＂举国体制＂选取上的思考。通过分析CBA联赛中的赛制、职业与锦标、球员的＂走出去＂与＂请进来＂、赞助商、球迷等现实问题。提出：不压缩联赛,而采用＂权重加分补偿法＂来平衡国家队与俱乐部利益的构想;认为职业是锦标的基础;仿效西班牙与阿根廷,坚持＂请进来＂与＂走出去＂的开放政策;赛制的一贯性才是吸引球迷与赞助商的正确做法等。

| Abstract: | In the year of 2003 and 2008,the shifts of leaders in basketball management centre cause scholars and experts＇ reflection on CBA＇s choice of ＂professional system＂ and ＂national system＂.By analyzing the league＇s match＇s system,profession and championship,players＇ export and import,sponsors and fans,etc.,the author proposes the idea of ＂weight-additional score-compensation＂ to balance the interests between national team and basketball clubs,instead of reducing the league matches.The author also insists that professional matches are basic to the championship,and it＇s necessary to learn from Spain and Agentina,and stick to the policy of players＇ export and import.The author still believes it is the consistency of the match＇s system that will attract the fans and sponsors. |
