| 摘 要： | 为了适应市场经济的发展和人才需求,针对目前地质工程行业的发展趋势,本文提出了地质工程专业"地质+工程"的复合型人才培养模式:培养既懂地质勘察,又懂工程设计的复合型专业技术人才.为实现这一人才培养模式,我们提出人格、知识和能力并重的"三育"理论,围绕"地质勘察"和"工程设计"两大核心教学内容,将课程设置分为综合素质模块、知识结构模块、能力结构模块三大模块.地质工程复合型人才培养需结合高校的实际情况,发挥学科优势,突出自身专业特色,着力加强师资队伍、实习基地、实验室平台等方面的配套建设.
