论高职英语专业教学中师生关系的构建

摘    要:师生关系是影响英语教学效果的一个极其重要的因素,尤其对高职英语专业的教学的影响更加突出。目前高职英语专业教学的现状是很多教师过分强调语言学习的认知因素,严重忽视了情感因素中师生关系对语言学习的作用。高职英语专业教师,应从高职英语专业学生的特点和英语教学的特色出发,充分认识师生关系在高职英语专业教学中的促进作用,努力使师生之间通过民主平等的沟通合作和有效的评价激励,达到教学相长和人格完善的教育效果。

Abstract:The teacher-student relationship plays a very important role in English teaching,especially more important in the professional English teaching of higher vocational college.The existing state of the professional English teaching of higher vocational college is that a lot of teachers put their efforts mostly on the cognitive factor of language study while seriously neglected the functions of affective factor.The professional English teacher of higher vocational college should fully recognize the importance of the teacher-students relationship in the professional English teaching according to the characteristics of the professional English students and professional English teaching and try to construct a harmonious relationship between teachers and students which is democracy equality,communication and co-operation,evaluations and incentive system,learning by teaching and the completeness of personality.
