| 摘 要： | 本文以"新型国家标准体系"为基础,结合机构信息资源的海量性、战略性、可增值性的特点以及我国机构信息资源管理中存在的"失控"、"失信"、"失用"问题,对机构信息资源管理标准体系建设的目标、原则和方法进行具体分析.在此基础上提出基于WSR方法论的我国机构信息资源管理模型及其实施方案.
