| Abstract: | "Use" is the core of trademark rights.It not only decides the origin and development of trademark rights,also orientation of the value and function.We should recognize the importance of use and no-use system,clarify the concept,and partition the boundary points.Any of that can help to perfect the revocation system for three continuous no-use years. |
