| 摘 要： | 党的基层组织是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础，高校党的基层组织处在高校工作第一线，必须切实加强基层组织建设。党的基层组织建设已成为高校党建工作的重点和难点，新建本科院校党的基层组织建设面临的新情况、新问题与多年的本科院校相比，有自己的特点和难点。因此，研究党的基层组织建设对新建本科院校的发展有着十分重要的意义。

Basic organization construction of party becomes the key and difficult aspect in universities, especially in newly -established universities, facing many new situations and problems. So it is necessary to research the basic organization construction of party in newly - established universities. |
